What do I do if I have any questions to ask before placing an order?

How long does it take you to design a website?

From receiving your order, for a website of 20 or fewer pages, it would normally take between 1 and 2 weeks to design, build and make live the website. For larger scale sites, this timescale would normally extend to 3 to 4 weeks in total.

What information do you require before commencing a website design project?

Before we start a web design project, we would require the following...

A copy of your existing company logo (if applicable). If you do not have a logo but would like one for your Company, we can do that for you.

A list of the page titles for your website.

Draft text for your site (ideally in a Word document or text file).

Any photos you would like including in your website.

A list of any other websites you like the look and feel of (so we can gauge what kind of design you are looking for)?

What is a Domain Name?

A domain name is simply a unique website address such as www.yourwebsite.com 

Can I have any Domain Name?

You can have any domain name you wish, as long as it is currently available. Please keep in mind that visitors to your website are likely to have to type your domain into their browser, so a short and memorable domain name is much better than a long-winded name.

Who owns your Domain Name?

We register all client domain's with a US domain registry company in the client's own name or in the name of their business.

What is hosting?

Hosting is simply the name given to storing your website on a computer accessible to anyone via their web browser. All our client websites are hosted in the USA.

Is your hosting reliable?

Our hosting provider offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee, and provide real time backups of your website.

If I order one of your Basic Website packages and I want to enlarge my site, do I need to start all over again?

No. The good thing about our system web design is that you can start small and them when you feel like growing just order the Premium Package and we will transfer and add more modules, web space and other software that you desire. Its as simple as that.

How long does it take you to design a logo or a brochure?

From receiving your order, for a company logo, it would normally take between 1 week to design. We will email you design drafts and from that we send you the finished artwork. Regarding A4 Brochures, after you send us all the information like Text and Photos, will generate your design in 2 weeks or less. Again will send you design drafts and finished artwork on CD ready for the printer.

We can also handle Mail Order Catalogues and these are dealt with differently time wise. First we will discuss your requirements and give you a quote and a time frame.
